Robyn Andrews is a Research Fellow, and Associate Professor in Social Anthropology at Massey University. She has specialised interest in Anglo-Indian Studies. Her PhD (2005) was the first of a number of Anglo-Indian Studies projects she has been involved with in India and the diaspora.
Imagine two friends, or two random Anglos, meeting up at the corner tea shop. They both order tea, and perhaps a bajji. They start talking, getting to know each other. That's what I try to capture. Natural conversation. Getting to know Anglos around the world.
