Classic Anglo Indian Ball Curry

Anglo Indian Ball Curry

Ball curry is a traditional Anglo Indian dish. As kids we remember our parents telling us stories of how their parents used to prepare this for them for special occasions like Christmas, birthdays, Easter etc..  and the tradition continues till date.

Ball curry is almost always paired with coconut rice with devil chutney on the side. The devil chutney gets its name from the bright red colour rather than the heat. It is a very mild chutney.
