Minced Beef Fry

Anglo Indian Minced Beef Fry

There are many variations to cooking minced beef fry but this is how our parents cooked it, and this is how we remember it and believe me, it’s really yummy.

School lunch? Picnic? Dinner? Yep – mince fry and chapatis are a staple. When extended family would come down to visit us in Madras, they’d want to go to Marina beach. Mum would make mince fry, chapatis, and some home made lemonade and off to the beach.

Nothing like camping down after playing in the water to enjoy this. So, we hope you enjoy this – either at your home, or at the beach.
